A few things to know before getting linked.
Do I need an appointment?
Private appointments must be booked in advance. Public pop-ups may welcome walk-ins, depending on the event.
What if my jewelry breaks?
If there is an issue with the weld within seven days, contact us about a complimentary re-weld. Other repairs may involve a fee.
Can permanent jewelry be removed?
Yes. You can carefully cut the connecting ring when necessary; contact us about having the piece re-welded later.
What is your refund policy?
Custom-fitted welded jewelry is final sale. Please ask about our policy before purchasing.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to request transferring an appointment deposit to a future date.
Do you travel for private events?
Yes! We serve Mid-Michigan, Genesee County and Metro Detroit, with travel details confirmed during your inquiry.
